Sony has posted a new BioShock: The Collection video juxtaposing the original version of the cerebral first-person shooter with that of the upcoming PlayStation 4 and Xbox One high-definition remaster.
Check it out below.
BioShock: The Collection is being handled by Blue Squirrel Games and features all three titles and their accompanying downloadable content. While BioShock 2’s multiplayer isn’t included in the pack, all titles will benefit from improved resolution and frame rate, running at 1080p/60fps.
In addition to the above content, the collection also features a new ‘Imagining BioShock’ featurette, offering director’s commentary from series creator Ken Levine and lead artist Shawn Robertson.
BioShock was originally released on the Xbox 360 and PC back in summer 2007, and arrived on PS3 the following year. BioShock 2 turned up in 2010 and was followed by BioShock Infinite in March 2013.
