Well, we now know that there will be a State Of Play showcase tomorrow from PlayStation, but just ahead of that we’ll also have a Sonic Central 2024 showcase.
SEGA announced the news a little before the State Of Play news went live, confirming that this new showcase will include “a sneak peek of some of our upcoming projects, partnerships, and events happening through 2025.” It’ll go live on YouTube and Twitch at 9am PT / 12pm ET / 5pm BT.
Like tomorrow’s State Of Play, this Sonic Central 2024 showcase is happening just ahead of Tokyo Game Show 2024, which means that there could be actual gameplay or further information on what’s shown tomorrow later down the week as well.
Since it’s called “Sonic Central” we’re sure to have some kind of news regarding what’s next for the blue blur, but it’ll also be interesting to see if we get any news surrounding the previously announced remasters from SEGA for games like Crazy Taxi, Jet Set Radio, Shinobi, and Golden Axe.
Thankfully we won’t have to wait too long to find out.
