The latest GSD figures have revealed that the PS5 is continuing to perform strongly across Europe, with sales up 175% in September when compared to the same period last year.

Europe isn’t the only region where the PS5 is performing well, as Sony’s flagship console also managed to top the US hardware charts for September 2023.

Sony recently announced plans to release a slimmer version of the PS5 this November, which will be available in the standard and digital-only variations. The latter will allow players to attach a disc drive to the console, which will be sold separately. According to a reliable tipster, the PS5 Slim will launch on November 10.
