Amazon Spain has leaked Skull Island: Rise of Kong ahead of an official announcement from GameMill Entertainment.
According to the retailer’s game page listing, Skull Island: Rise of Kong is due to launch for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, and Xbox One. The description confirms that the game is a third-person action adventure romp where players are out to avenge the death of Kong’s parents at the hands of Gaw.
Based in the same universe as the 2017 movie Kong: Skull Island, the game has you venturing across swamps, waterfalls, jungles, and caves as you conquer legions of primal beasts to become the rightful king of Skull Island.
That’s about all there is to go on right now, although an official reveal can’t be too far off at this point, so we’ll keep you posted.
