Sony has announced that online gaming will be free for PlayStation 4 owners this weekend.
Unlike the PS3, online gaming for Sony’s latest home console usually requires a subscription to PlayStation Plus. However, this weekend anyone can hop online for some multiplayer fun, free of charge.
The offer runs from September 26 at 8.00 am BST until 9.00 am BST on September 29.
Those of you who have picked up Destiny should take advantage of this offer if you haven’t yet signed up for PS Plus, as much of its game modes require a subscription to Sony’s online service. Plus, FIFA 15 launches Friday, so you’ll be able to have a kick about with your mates.
