At Sony’s E3 press conference, President of Sony Computer Entertainment America, Jack Tretton, began taking shots at Microsoft by confirming that the PlayStation 4 will not use DRM (Digital Rights Media) on used games and will allow you to also lend your games and trade them with no restrictions whatsoever. Also, Tretton confirmed that there are no requirements for being online just to play games.
These comments concluded with everyone in the crowd cheering loudly as many fans who were worried that Sony was going to take a DRM-based route, didn’t take it. Make sure to keep your eyes posted for more up to date information on E3, here at PlayStation Universe.
