Sony Has Made The Process Of Requesting A PS Store Refund Much Easier

Sony Interactive Entertainment has made it easier to request a refund on the PlayStation Store, as it is now possible to process a refund on the PS Store website or through the PlayStation App via Transaction History.

Using the PS App is by far the fastest way of nabbing a refund, which can be done by following the steps below:

  1. Open the PS App and head to the PlayStation Store
  2. Click on the menu button at the top right of the screen on the PS Store
  3. Select Transaction History from the menu
  4. Choose the purchase you wish to request a refund for a select ‘Request Refund’

Keep in mind that any item you wish to request a refund for must be within 14 days of purchase. If you don’t have the PS App, you can still request a refund on the PlayStation Store official website by simply signing in, heading to your account settings, select ‘Transaction History’ from the left-hand side, and pick an eligible purchase to be refunded.
