Sony has reportedly given the boot to LittleBigPlanet hero SackBoy from its PlayStation Productions logo, as spotted by X user realradec, who noticed the character was no longer featured in the logo during as screening of the Until Dawn movie.
The PlayStation Productions logo has been used for a while now and still features a number of iconic characters including Nathan Drake, Ratchet & Clank, Horizon Zero Dawn and Astro Bot among others. However, while SackBoy was originally featured in the bottom right of the logo, he’s now missing altogether.

As well as starring in LittleBigPlanet across three titles, SackBoy also appeared in its own platformer, the brilliant SackBoy: A Big Adventure, which arrived as a launch title for the PS5 and also came to the PS4 and later PC.
