Sony commented tonight on user feedback in regards to a feature called "sidetone" implemented to the Wireless Stereo Headset via the PlayStation 3 Software Update 4.10 back in February.
"Sidetone" is the ability for players to hear themselves talk through the WSH while playing, and the addition has had a few issues in certain games since the PS3 Software Update. So, in response, Sony has confirmed that a fix is in the works, but Sony doesn’t have a confirmed release date for the fix as of yet.
We’ll keep you posted as to when the update that applies this fix goes live. Stay tuned!
