Sony unveils a range of new Uncharted merchandise, including a 192-page art book

The PlayStation Gear Store has unveiled a new set of Uncharted merchandise to tempt your wallets ahead of the release of the hotly anticipated Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End next month.

Chief among the new goodies includes a brand new Uncharted art book, which offers 192 pages of sumptuous doodlings from Naughty Dog’s critically acclaimed action-adventure franchise.

It’s not cheap though, costing nearly £70 and is only available in limited numbers—2,000 to be exact. If you fancy a copy then you had better get your order in quickly, as it launches on April 18.

There’s plenty more Uncharted-related goodies up for sale too, including cups, t-shirts, caps, an Uncharted 4 Collector’s Guide and Nathan Drake figurine. Check them out for yourself through the jump.

The Uncharted series has become one of Sony’s tentpole franchises since launching in November 2007 on PlayStation 3. The game was followed by two sequels; Uncharted 2: Among Thieves (2009) and Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception (2011), plus the Sony Bend-developed prequel, Uncharted: Golden Abyss for PS Vita.

Naughty Dog has confirmed that it will be cutting ties with the popular series with the release of Uncharted 4 on PS4, although hasn’t ruled out another studio taking the reins provided they’re good enough. The game will also mark the last adventure for protagonist Nathan Drake, who may or may not meet his doom before the credits roll.

Bluepoint Games stepped up to the task of remastering the original PS3 Uncharted trilogy for Sony’s current-generation console in fall 2015. Read our review of The Nathan Drake Collection to see how it shapes up.

Uncharted 4 is scheduled for release on May 10, 2016.
