The Splinter Cell Remake was announced back in December 2021 and is based on the original 2002 stealth action title. The game will be built using the Snowdrop engine and promises “to deliver new-generation visuals and gameplay, and the dynamic lighting and shadows the series is known for.”

In addition to the above, a job listing for the Splinter Cell Remake claimed that the developers are looking to update the game’s story “for a modern-day audience.”

The Splinter Cell Remake is currently in development presumably for PS5, PC and Xbox Series X/S, and is currently without a release date.
