Survival Strategy title Star Trek Voyager: Across the Unknown is in development for PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X/S, Daedalic Entertainment and Gameexcite have announced.

Star Trek: Voyager: Across the Unknown place the fate of the iconic starship in the player’s hands, and takes the form of a narrative-focussed survival strategy romp where you take the ship’s helm, manager its crew and resources, making difficult decisions along the way. The game allows you to shape the fate of the U.S.S. Voyager as you see fit; if you want to take risks, go for it, or if you favour the safe or diplomatic route, then that’s open to you, too.
Across the Unknown also implements roguelike mechanics, ensuring every run features different situations for you to tackle, including iconic characters possibly meeting their fate prematurely without your intervention. Combat is also an important factor, as you can take command at the bridge to dish out offensive and defensive manoeuvres as you target ships and take advantage of your crew’s individual skills, assigning them to specific tasks to maximise your combat efficiency.
