Star Wars Battlefront 2 is still a fair way off from its November launch, so there’s still a ton of details we’re waiting to be revealed by DICE, but dataminers have uncovered a character list that hints at the game’s new heroes.
How crates and star cards work
Joining the cast of Star Wars Battlefront Heroes that will already know about, including Yoda, Han Solo and Chewbacca, are the following characters:

- Darth Vader
- Emperor
- Grievous
- Han Solo
- Iden
- Kylo Ren
- Lando
- Leia
- Luke
- Maul
- Phasma
- Rey
- Yoda
DICE’s Star Wars sequel is due to launch on November 17. 2017 on PS4, Xbox One and PC with a Star Wars Battlefront 2 beta planned for the Fall.
EA has said the game will have a huge amount of content and will feature a single-player campaign, despite its main focus being on online skirmishes. The multiplayer will be hosted on dedicated servers with up to 40 players going head-to-head. One of the first multiplayer maps revealed was Naboo.
