Star Wars Battlefront Classic Collection hasn’t exactly gotten off to a brilliant start following its launch yesterday, and it’s now been discovered that the game weighs in at over 60GB, which is over eight times more than the original games combined. Yes, really!
Just for clarify, the original Star Wars Battlefront and its sequel are available on Steam for a combined install size of 7.3GB. However, the collection requires anywhere between 62 — 72GB depending on what format you’re playing on. The Steam page lists it as 50GB, which is still a lot considering how small the originals were.

Star Wars Battlefront Classic Collection only launched yesterday, but was plagued by various bugs and server issues, something which Aspyr Media has now addressed in a statement on its website. However, many are frustrated at the issues for what they feel should have been an easy win for the studio, given how old the original games are.
Star Wars Battlefront Classic Collection is out now for PS5, PS4, PC, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X/S, and Xbox One.
