Star Wars Outlaws Has Been Rated In Australia, Picks Up ‘M’ Rating For Violence

Ubisoft’s upcoming Star Wars Outlaws has picked up an M rating from the Australian Classification ratings board, which details the inclusion of science-fiction themes and violence. Oddly enough, it also mentions online functionality, even though Ubisoft has already said that Star Wars Outlaws is a single-player offering.

The fact the game has been rated may suggest that a release date isn’t too far off, although it’s not a guarantee by any stretch. For example, Skull & Bones was rated in Australia nearly two years ahead of its eventual launch.

Speaking on Star Wars Outlaws’ release window, it was recently claimed on the Disney Parks website that the game would launch in late 2024, but this was later corrected to read a generic 2024 window. Either way, it looks like we’ll be seeing the game at some point this year.

Star Wars Outlaws is scheduled for release on PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X/S.
