Original Story – A number of Subnautica: Below Zero previews have emerged and the one from GamesRadar has seemingly revealed that the game will indeed be coming to PS5 and PS4 and that is will release in Spring 2021.
Buried at the bottom of Alex Avard’s preview for GamesRadar, they state that “the team is now preparing for a full launch across PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and Nintendo Switch this Spring.”Therefore, this seemingly confirms that the game has been slightly delayed from its original Early 2021 release window and after the game has been listed for pre-order on multiple retails.
Alongside that, the game has also been rated for the PS5, which suggests that game is close to coming out and functionally complete, with just optimisation and bug-fixing taking place right now. The original game was also meant to come to PS5 in Early 2021, but there is no word on that release just yet.
