SEGA could be beavering away on an unannounced Super Monkey Ball title, according to a rating on the Australian Classification Board for Super Monkey Ball: Banana Mania.
That’s about all there is to go on right now, although it’s worth remembering that the series did make a comeback of sorts with Super Monkey Ball Banana Blitz HD in 2019 for PS4, Nintendo Switch and Xbox One.
Rating boards are generally pretty accurate when it comes to outing unannounced games, so we expect to hear more on Super Monkey Ball Banana Mania at some point soon.
Super Monkey Ball’s origins can be traced back to the Nintendo GameCube, where served as one of the first games available for the purple box. It proved to be quite a hit for the console, and spawned a successful franchise that eventually make the jump to other formats.
