Speaking at a Namco event this week, Atari confirmed that the highly anticipated Tekken 6 will be released in Fall 2009, describing the upcoming brawler as the “biggest and best in the series.”
The game was announced as a multiplatform title for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 at the Tokyo Game Show in September this year, having previously believed to be exclusive to Sony’s console.
It may feel like Fall is a long ways away, but don’t start counting down the days just yet. There are a lot of great titles that will aid you in the pain-inducing game of waiting and wanting. We’ll be sure to update you with a solid release date as soon as it’s announced.
