Following this week’s tease for the For Honor and Assassin’s Creed crossover event, Ubisoft has now come clean. Called The Creed, the event starts right now and runs until January 10, 2019.
With the power of the animus, For Honor players will be transported to a special game variant called Assassini e Templari, a 4 versus 4 Dominion mode. The aim is to capture zones while encouraging commanders Ezio Auditore da Firenze and Cesare Borgia out to fight. Some other game modes will also feature the voice of Warren Vidic, the director of the Animus Project at Abstergo Industries.
The aim of the new Assassin’s Creed mode in For Honor requires teams to be the first to get to 1,000 points, with 300 points gained if you kill a commander. Additionally, maps in this mode will feature Animus glitches and new factions of soldiers from the Assassin’s Creed franchise. New drop attacks will also be added to the game during the event, including Leap of Faith and an air assassination.
Of course, there’s also a slew of Assassin’s Creed themed items to customize your character. There’s mask outfits, animus battle outfits, unique emotes and more. These particular bundles can be unlocked for 35,000 steel, per hero.
