The Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion Remastered Update 1.1 Brings Fixes For UI, Gameplay & Quests; Full Patch Notes Listed

Bethesda has released the first major update for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered, which comes packing a range of bug fixes for issues spanning user interface, general gameplay, quests, and more. Among the fixes include removing a crash that occurs when paying a fine after stealing in Castle Bravil, ironing out an infinite loading bug, and removing a crash that can happen when quickly switching between Quality and Performance Mode. Powered by Unreal Engine 5, Oblivion Remastered completely overhauls the original 2006 fantasy-RPG with brand new character models, improved lighting effects, new dialogue, and enhanced user interface and other quality-of-life improvements. So comprehensive is the remastering efforts that the senior designer of the original game has said it could be called Oblivion 2.0.
