The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim has sold over 20 million

Critically-acclaimed RPG The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim has notched up over 20 million sales since it launch in November 2011, Bethesda has announced.

The news comes following a recent blog post by the studio outlining the fantasy romp’s continued success on the market.

Skyrim takes place 200 years after the events of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, and sees gamers taking on the role of a Dragoborn amidst growing fears of a civil war within the icy landscapes and mountain regions of chilly Skyrim.
