When The Game Awards airs on December 8, 2022, it’ll stream live across the globe, but for the first time in 3 years it’ll also have a live audience in the seats at the Microsoft Theatre in Los Angeles.
Host and founder of the event Geoff Keighley tweeted out the news on Friday, announcing that tickets will be available for purchase as early as November 1, 2022.

The Game Awards will be the second major event that Keighley has hosted this year that’ll see the return of live audiences.
Ticket prices are not yet available, so if you’re intending on going to The Game Awards then at this point you’re best off just putting some cash aside for now.
While The Game Awards does still give out awards to various titles across multiple categories, the show itself has mostly become about the announcements and reveals we can expect to see.
As we get closer to the show, we’ll likely start to find out more about what we can expect to see. Of course, there will also be a few surprises.
