the last of us ps4 update

Naughty Dog has just rolled out a new The Last of Us Remastered update (1.09) and The Last of Us Remastered: Left Behind (1.03) today, and nope., you’re not dreaming. This new title update released after the game has been out for three years enhances performance for PS4 Pro owners,

Once the patch has been installed, PS4 Pro owners will be able to select additional configurations for resolution, framerate, and shadow quality.  Here’s the full patch notes:

The Last of Us Remastered – Patch 1.09 and The Last of Us Remastered: Left Behind Patch 1.03

  •           Modified PlayStation®4 Pro enhancements settings
  •           Added user options related to the PlayStation®4 Pro enhancement settings

  •           Fixed an issue that could cause a player to aim downward inadvertently
  •           Fixed an exploit where players could throw a smoke bomb to get inside of level collision

Needless to say, if you haven’t bought or played The Last of Us: Remastered, then you need to amend that ASAP. It’s definitely an experience worth taking (our review). As for the sequel, development is ramping up as Naughty Dog is hiring a ton of positions to staff The Last of Us Part II. In the meantime, you can check out where we think the sequel will take place.
