Development of the PlayStation Network/Xbox LIVE Arcade outing Saints Row: Drive By has been put on ice, THQ’s confirmed.
The downloadable spin-off and its 3DS counterpart were billed as companion titles designed specifically “to sell Saints Row 3,” the full-fledged console sequel due to hit stores later this year.
However, speaking to Joystiq, a representative for THQ commented, "We are not developing Saints Row: Drive By.”
As if that wasn’t enough to convince you Drive By has suffered a flat tyre, Scott Rogers, creative manager at THQ, listed the game as “cancelled” on his LinkedIn profile.
