THQ today announced that Random House Publishing Group will be turning a new page in the lives of War and his brother Death, as they’ll be getting their very own novels based on the Darksiders universe.
Darksiders: The Abomination Vault will be the first in a “set” of novels being written by Ari Marmell, author of books like The Conqueror’s Shadow, The Warlord’s Legacy, and the Magic: the Gathering novel.
The Abomination Vault will follow both horsemen of the apocalypse one millennia before the events of Darksiders 1 and 2, as they attempt to stop mysterious beings from uncovering weapons powerful enough to mess with the universe.
Look for Darksiders: The Abomination Vault when it’s released alongside Darksiders II sometime this summer.
