Fallout 4 fans and season pass owners can expect even more content to come in the open-world romp very soon.
After the price for the Fallout 4 Season Pass jumped to $49.99, Bethesda promised that the pass would cover three additional pieces of downloadable content for the highly-acclaimed title on top of the three that have already released, which is set to expand the realm of Fallout 4 even further than it already is.
Contraptions, the first of the three announced pieces of content, is set to expand on the open-world construction aspect of Fallout 4, including new set pieces like sorting machines and conveyer belts for more complicated structures. Then, Vault-Tec, the second piece of content, grants the ability to create and customize a complete vault. While it’s been confirmed that vault dwellers can be experimented on, another aspect of the game where firefights occur within these vaults implies that there may be a new multiplayer element to the game. Finally, the third piece of announced content was aptly named Nuka-World. Next to nothing was showcased for the final piece of content, but it’s set to be in similar proportion to the freshly-released Far Harbor.
The new Fallout 4 downloadable content is set to release in monthly increments, with Contraptions releasing later this June, Vault-Tec launching in July, and the mysterious Nuka-World landing in August. Take a look at the official trailer as Executive Director Todd Howard briefs everyone on what’s next for Fallout 4.
