Eclipse Glow Games has announced that Tides of Annihilation will be playable at GamesCom 2026, and will be preceded by a brand new trailer at GamesCom: Opening Night Live on August 25, 2026.

Gamescom will be an incredibly important moment for our team since this will be our first global playtest and we’re excited to see how first time players experience our game. The team has poured heart, soul, and maybe even a few tears into developing the game over the last few years, and it’s finally our opportunity to share it with players. The demo will offer an unprecedented deeper look at Tides of Annihilation, offering branching paths that will have different exploration and combat experiences. Attendees will also be able to explore key environments and epic set pieces.
Tides of Annihilation is inspired by Arthurian legend and take place in modern London and the mythical realm of Avalon, where players follow Gwendolyn, a survivor of an otherworldly invasion. Gwendolyn sets off on a quest for the Holy Grail in an effort to save her sister, restore the world and extract her revenge on Avalon’s demi-gods. To aid her, Gwendolyn can summon and command spectral forms of the Knights of the Round Table, which allows players to unleash various attacks — for example, the spear-wielding Sir Lamorak.
Eclipse Glow Games has yet to announce a release date for Tides of Annihilation.
