THQ Nordic and Grimlore Games have announced a January 19, 2027 release date for Titan Quest II on PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X/S. The game was originally released for PC via Early Access on August 1, 2025
Titan Quest II sees players returning to the series’ classic mythology-inspired backdrop where you’ll duke it out with legendary creatures across a reimagining of Ancient Greece. Here, you’ll face off against the likes of ichthians, centaurs, gryphons, hippokampoi, and cyclopes, while venturing to picturesque beaches, majestic temples, and haunted ruins.
This latest entry in the series features a handcrafted campaign that puts an emphasis on player exploration, as you unearth strange artefacts that hold magic from bygone eras, discover secrets in long-forgotten ruins, and visit towns brimming with life and intrigue. Combat is challenging as your enemies form factions and work together, so you’ll have to use every skill at your disposal conquer your adversaries while forming your own class using combined masteries.
As your journey progresses, you will unlock powerful abilities and wield epic weapons, but the enemies you face are far from defenseless—dodge and counter their attacks, then overwhelm them with a well-timed flurry of blows. Rituals allow you to control the game’s difficulty, while deep character customization systems ensure that there’s always a good reason to replay.
