A trademark by the name of ‘Titan’ has been filled by the chaps at Respawn Entertainment.
Filed on April 11, the trademark relates to “Video and computer game programs, video game discs, video game software,” indicating Titan could be the title (or at least working title) for the company’s debut project.
Respawn has already confirmed that it will be putting in an appearance at E3 in June, pointing to a possible reveal at Electronic Arts’ press conference.
Formed in 2010 by Jason West and Vince Zampella, Respawn’s debut title is said to take on a science-fiction theme, and aims to go toe-to-toe with Halo and Gears of War. So far all we’ve seen on the game is a couple of blurry images, so hopefully that will change come E3.
