Netflix has announced that Season 2 of Tomb Raider: The Legend of Lara Croft will premiere on December 11, 2025, with Haley Atwell returning as the titular heroine.
The second and final season in the Legendary Pictures animated series sees Lara unearthing the trail of stolen African Orsiha masks, prompting her to join up with her buddy Sam to nab the precious artifacts. Lara’s adventure will take her around the globe as she unearths the secrets of the Orisha history, while attempting to dodge an enigmatic billionaire’s mechinations who wants to acquire the artifacts for herself.

The full cast is as follows:
- Hayley Atwell (Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning, Captain America: The First Avenger) as the voice of Lara Croft
- Karen Fukuhara (The Boys, Suicide Squad, Bullet Train) as Sam Nishimura
- O-T Fagbenle (The Handmaid’s Tale, Presumed Innocent) as Eshu
- Allen Maldonado (Black-ish, The Last O.G.) as Zip
- Earl Baylon (Tomb Raider: Definitive Survivor Trilogy, Arcane, Batman: Arkham Shadow) as Jonah Maiava.
As previously reported, Amazon’s live-action Tomb Raider series is officially going ahead and will star Sophie Turner as Lara Croft.
