Tricky Madness Is A Spiritual Successor To SSX In Development For PC & Consoles

Texas-based developer Nathan Dearth is working on an SSX spiritual successor known as Tricky Madness for PC and consoles, which is currently scheduled for release in the third quarter of 2025.

The game has been in development since August 2022 with the specific goal of making it a spiritual successor to the much-loved SSX and a love letter to fans of arcade snowboarding games. Dearth not only wants to pay homage to the classic titles but also offer a modern snowboarding experience, with all design, programming, and graphics work handled solo.
