Sony has confirmed that the early-awaited Metal Gear Solid Premium Costume and Level packs for LittleBigPlanet will be available for purchase on the PlayStation Store from December 23.
First up, the Costume Pack features lovable SackBoy incarnations of several iconic heroes from the Metal Gear universe, including Solid Snake, Meryl Silverburgh, Screaming Mantis & Raiden. Each costume will set you back USD 1.99 apiece, or you can bag the whole lot for USD 5.99.
Meanwhile, the Level Pack throws in five story levels to tackle, along with an extra challenge level, 72 new stickers, 12 new materials, 10 decorations and 18 objects. Still with us? Good, cause there’s more.
Those of you looking to flex your creative muscles will gain access to an extra background music track, three interactive music tracks, a Metal Gear Solid-theme sound object, a Plasma Ball danger element, a Laser Sight trinket, a Searchlight lamp and, finally, a Paint Switch. To top it all off, the Level Pack also includes 12 new Trophies to hunt for, and will set you back just USD 5.99. Bargain.
