Sony’s PlayStation Indies team is giving folk the chance to pitch their own PS5 or PS4 indie games to the format holder, which if you’re successful, will the game published on a PlayStation platform.
To get started, you’ll need to become a PlayStation partner by heading here and completing the registration process. Aside from providing info on your studio, one of the key ares you will need to provide details on is the Project Plan. Sony says this is basically your “elevator pitch” where you’ll be able to provide details such as style description, targeted release timing, platform plans, and more.
Once the registration process has been approved you will need to sign a Global Developer and Publisher Agreement (GDPA), giving you access to Sony’s backend tools, allowing you to earn more about developing and publishing on Sony platforms.

Sony also outlined what it is looking for in a great pitch, including a brief description of the game and the team behind the project. Here’s an example of how you can go that extra mile in your pitch:
Good: Concept art, in-engine art targets, music, or whatever else can set the tone of the game.
Better: Video capture of gameplay, B-roll footage or moving in-engine capture is great. Gifs work nicely on slides as well.
Best: A prototype or build. Sharing a build is the quickest and easiest way for us to understand your vision. Showing your project this early may seem terrifying, but don’t worry! We are completely used to seeing games very early in development. We promise to put our “dev goggles” on.
