The Battlefield 2042 reveal trailer is finally here and after a countdown that lasted for an hour. The reveal trailer is full of bombastic explosions, nail-biting action and a look at the theatres of war we will get to fight in.
At 5 minutes long, the trailer which is comprised of in-engine footage gives us a stunning look at the warfare on offer. New gadgets like a robot dog appear, alongside huge destruction moments, such as a giant wall falling on top of soldiers or a tornado. The trailer does offer a look at a number of different locations as well.
Overall, this is a great trailer and we are excited to get a look at actual gameplay over the next few months. The game will release on October 22, 2021. A gameplay reveal will take place on June 13, likely at the Xbox and Bethesda showcase.
