Engrossing courtroom drama/story-driven strategy game We. The Revolution finally arrives on PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch on the 25th June 2019, publisher Klabater has revealed.
That’s a little over three months after the game’s initial Steam release, in case you were wondering.
Mark Your Calendars – We. The Revolution PS4 Release Date
Developed by Polish studio Polyslash, We. The Revolution casts players in the role of a judge (albeit one with a penchant for gambling and an addiction to alcohol) of the Revolutionary Tribunal at the end of the 18th century – a time of significant societal upheaval and political intrigue.
Their job: to preside over the cases of ordinary citizens, criminals, and the enemies of the French Revolution alike, carefully examining all the available evidence and interrogating defendants in order to uncover the truth and fulfil the demands of justice… or line their own pockets with gold.
It looks wonderfully stylish, too. And, with the game’s events generated randomly, players can rest assured that no two playthroughs of We. The Revolution will be the same.
Check out the console teaser trailer below for a sneak peek at what you can expect when the game releases late next month.
Price points for the console version of the game have yet to be revealed. However, we’re expecting it to be roughly the same as the PC version. I.e. £15 or thereabouts. A small price to pay for an excellent, not to mention highly original game, in other words.
Stay tuned to PSU for more on We. The Revolution in the coming weeks.
