Outlaws + Handful of Missions Remaster, a spruced up version of the classic 1997 Wild West shooter from LucasArts, is launching on November 20, 2025 for PS5, PS4, PC, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X/S, and Xbox One, Nightdive Studios has announced.
Developed by the team that brought fans fellow retro outing Star Wars: Dark Forces Remaster, Outlaws + Handful of Mission Remaster sees players saddling up as James Anderson, an ex-Marshal and gunslinger, who works to unearth a twisted plot of greed and corruption. Like any good Western with its salt players will have access to classic firearms including a .45 Revolver, Scoped .44 Rifle, 10-Gauge Shotgun, and the iconic 12-Gauge Sawed-Off Shotgun.

Outlaws + Handful of Missions Remaster will boast a number of enhancements for modern platforms, including up to 4K resolution and 120 FPS, uncompressed cutscenes and new visuals for weapons, characters, and enemies. There’s also cross-play multiplayer for support includes such as Deathmatch, Team Play, Capture the Flag, and Kill the Fool with the Chicken. Plus, players will have 26 Achievements/Trophies to obtain throughout their Wild West rampage.
