There's some exiting news for football fans and PlayStation VR owners in the UK. The BBC has confirmed that it will support PSVR for all World Cup 2018 matches!

Available also in VR for iOS, Android device and Gear VR and Oculus Go, you can watch all World Cup 2018 games in virtual reality. Excitingly, the VR feature will also include the ability to switch views.

World Cup 2018 On PSVR Launches Soon

The BBC confirms that “It will allow users to switch location to get the view from a “luxury private box” on high or from behind either of the two goals.” Users will be able to watch all 33 games in VR via the BBC Sport's VR 2018 World Cup app.

World Cup 2018 PSVR compatibility also arrives with the news that fans will be able to watch all the action in Russia in Ultra HD. This can be accessed via the BBC iPlayer's home screen.
