Gran Turismo 5 will be patched with the ability to save your game mid-race for endurance races, series creator Kazunori Yamauchi’s revealed.
The Polyphony Digital bigwig dropped the news on Twitter (translated by GTPlanet) in response to a fan question on the feature.
“I’m sorry. Game saves during endurances. They are currently under development,” he wrote.
No word on when we can expect to see the feature, though we’ll be sure to keep you updated. Yamauchi’s been pretty busy tinkering away under GT5’s hood recently, though, with the racer receiving a meaty update just a few weeks back. A smaller update followed last weekend.
