NewsRay Chase (aka Noctis) Will Play Rhys in Borderlands 3
Ray Chase, better known to Final Fantasy fans as Noctis, will be playing the role of Rhys in Borderlands 3. Taking over from Troy Baker who voiced the character in Telltale classic, Tales from the Borderlands.
