Here is the newest trailer for Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare showing off a new feature called "Sleight of Hand."

Basically "Sleight of Hand" allows you to reload your weapon faster and get back into the action. Enjoy the trailer!

    This sleight of hand thing isn't the most important or interesting bit of the game but I suppose it makes the overall play more enjoyable.
