Capcom announced today that it would be bringing Rocketmen: Axis of Evil to PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Arcade across Europe in March 2008.
Developed by A.C.R.O.N.Y.M Games, Rocketmen is an action game designed for cooperative gameplay for up to four players offline or on. Players will be able to create their own unique characters and increase their attributes by accomplishing various mini-games. As with any decent action romp, the game promises “huge bosses.”
The download will cost USD 10.

Just watched the trailer and it doesn't look like something I would enjoy playing, and I love rockets.
