one thing I've always thought about... why they cannot release a conversion of some good PSP games for ps3?

It would be awesome to be able to play patapon on my ps3, and I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one feeling this way; what do you guys think?

TBH the PSN is the biggest scam that Sony has ever produced. Take the COD map packs, I mean WTF $15.95 is a JOKE. They should be free or at least alot cheaper. And you would think that the PS store would be a universal thing right? well no, the EU store gets Sh.it all while the US store gets heaps of stuff.  I mean i know sony is trying to scrounge all the money they can over the next 5 years but ffs cmon they should give a little back to the people that made them the biggest electronics company in the world.

There will probably no Euro love from Capcom :-(

    • 8:08am BST - August 12th, 2009

@22 - a lot of the pricing on the PSN won't have anything to do with sony. It's the publishers that will set the price. And using anything by activision isn't a good example!

I'm looking forward to the powerstone collection.

  25. FOXFORCEFOUR

    • 8:49am BST - August 12th, 2009

@24 Yea i know, but when u buy stuff from psn, a percentage of the money goes to sony, they are the actuall ones selling the item.

  26. hillybilly | apeh

    • 9:47am BST - August 12th, 2009

@25 Nothing goes to Sony from individual sales, the pricing is set by other companies (the mappack was priced by activision and is the same price globally, even on live) - Sony gets money from the publishers paying THEM to put it on the store I think and for the bandwidth charges

  27. darksora | Rav_M

    • 10:02am BST - August 12th, 2009

@13: No, PS1 classics do not have trophies.

@25: Like Hillybilly stated, the prices are the same on XBL too. Sony apparently get their money from the developers, who have to pay for a certain amount for every gigabyte downloaded.

  28. FOXFORCEFOUR

    • 12:49pm BST - August 12th, 2009

Either way, Sony is still making money from every little corner there is. Personally the devs should be a bit lenient on their pricing.
