According to Internet reports, the PlayStation 3 version of SEGA’s upcoming Action/Thriller title, Condemned 2: Bloodshot, has been delayed in North America by approximately one week.
Originally scheduled to ship to stores today (March 11) along side its Xbox 360 counterpart, WorthPlaying.com reports that the PS3 version has been postponed due to “duplication” issues, and will now arrive next week.
Condemned 2: Bloodshot pits players in the shoes of former Serial Crimes Unit investigator, Ethan Thomas, who has been summoned back into the line of duty in an effort to track down his missing partner.
This latest instalment in the gritty, psychological tale features all-new online multiplayer functionality, in addition to a revamped combat system, allowing players to chain together various defensive and offensive techniques in order to overcome their foes.

I call BS. Only the PS3 version gets the duplication issues huh? Sure, it's BD and not DVD, but they can't hold the 360 version for a week to make it even?

for the people who says "i wouldn't buy it anyways" or "i dont care": I don't want to start a discussion but, if you don't care why do you post then? why don't simply don't post anything? I don't want problems but i don't uderstand this class of comments. For me its like the "first!!!1" comment.

I'll go and actually post something positive about the game. For people that dont know. The Condemned series is pretty much a first person view melee type of game. Not your typical FPS game. The game really brings a different type of gameplay with its style.

@ ProfSebastian, the comments section is for people to write how they feel about the news article. Sometimes people feel negative about news and want to express it.

The reason probably is cuz the PS3 is so much different and its a whole new type of system. Companies who cant understand that and r making their games better for xbox r defiently not thinking of the future. Thank god we hav exclusive companies that do.

Ah! The code monster returns!

With that out of the way, I only have one thing to say. Blow it out your ***. Delay on launch day? Good thing I didn't want your crap software. Reviews didn't look good anyway.
---
@ ProfSebastian: So everything here has to be positive about the article? It doesn't say "Positive User Comments" up there does it? You're entitled to your opinion but back off on the people who actually give a reason for their opinions.

I would be a bit down if I had the first one, and was eagerly awaiting the sequel. But seeing as how I own a PS3 and not a 360, I won't be getting this. Besides, it's sega. We've never really gotten along anyways.
Who here watches a movie sequel before viewing the original?
