Sony Computer Entertainment Europe (SCEE) has teamed up with Square-Enix to release a limited edition PSP bundle in the region to celebrate the launch of Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII later this month.

Due out alongside the game on June 20, the bundle includes a engraved sliver version of the handheld gaming console, along with a copy of the highly anticipated RPG. The pack will retail for GBP 189.99 (EUR 294)

Crisis Core serves as the prequel to 1997’s Final Fantasy VII on the original PlayStation, taking place seven years before the events of the critically acclaimed RPG outing.

The game chronicles the story of SOLDIER 2nd Class member Zack, who embarks with the rest of his squad to investigate the disappearance of 1st classic operative Genesis, in the remote village of Wutai.

I guess I was right that Sony JP ought to carry over some key titles of theirs to EU. Good game.

Sweetness i've been looking to get a slim. I remember when this bundle was announced for Japan. I asked my cousin to get it for me she didn't want to wait in line for it.

Hopefully i'll be able to get my hands on one of these. Are games still region locked? Or where they ever.
