dude this just gave resistance two a shot at goty this is what i was hoping for... i believe they have given the chimera a sense of intelligence a leader you know i think this game will be much more epic than we had previously estimated

Wish I could just preorder R2 today.  This is just a no-brainer buy for me. And this trailer just gave me the shivers.  Truely intoxicating.

Wow, the gameplay trailers didn't seem all to impressive, but this has me sold.

I was really psyched about the upcoming sequel but so far trailers have only disappointed me with the same graphics and gameplay. The story does seem to have a new twist but I hope insomniac can learn from other ps3 games and improve the graphics

This is gonna be a truely sick game. This is a must buy for all PS3 owners. 

all i have to say america is pretty much F**Ked   but it looks amazing i cant wait to play it, after this game could resistance turn into a interglatic game??? if the chimera have been here all along the humans are going to have go into space to finally finish them off   like whats going on in killzone. i wonder if the helgast and chimera know each other lol

I mean, they used old footage from the teaser trailer......and old footage from that one leak a while back.....

Did you start gaming yesterday? Did you not keep up with Insomniac when they began Ratchet and Clank Future?

You guys can not seem to comprehend that Insomniac only constructs the game first. They already have all the levels built to near completion. All they are going to do for the next 5 - 6 months is work on graphics and tweak things. They've already stated it.

This game is running on the same engine as Ratchet and Clank Future, so it's going to look at least as good as that game. Actually, it's going to look much better.

Epic fail. Other developers need to learn from Insomniac. They are development beasts. All they do is deliver every time.

Awesome point. I wonder if humans do have to go in to space to finish them off in the third one. It was stated that Resistance would be a trilogy so who knows?

Thanks for the heads up about the graphics, I didn't realize that was their development method. Seems to work beautifully judging by past releases.

If Resistance 3 does end up going into space, it would be a mirror image of Halo, which went from space to Earth (I believe).

Man this looks good, does anyone know if there will be trophy support. Now that FW 2.4 is coming, i want trophies. It makes me feel like I have a n extra reason to do things. And this game is already awesome looking and would better with trophies.

I just beat the first one on hard for the first and unlocked superhuman.  That crap is insane!  But yeah, awesome trailer.  The first resistance is my favorite fps of all time (it got me into the genre) so I am looking forward to this game very much.  I just have to say again, awesome trailer.

Well Resistance: FOM was a brilliant game and probably the sole reason i actually got into FPS.... never really been a fan before but Resistance changed all that when I bought it as my first PS3 game... Then there were COD4 that made me really get into FPS.... And from what i know out of previous experiences with Insomniac games is that they will put everything they have into this and it's GONNA ROCK!!! This will be one of a handfull of FPS that I will honestly say was epic....
