Do you like pennies? How about arcades? If you liked that archaic and nonsensical intro, you'll be sure to love Penny Arcade Adventures: On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness, which is set to debut on the PlayStation Network later this year.
"We keep getting emails asking why our Penny Arcade game is not on PSN," said Hothead's CEO, Vlad Ceraldi. "We have always said we wanted to have our games on as many platforms as possible to give choice to gamers. All good things take time and we are very excited to be debuting our first PS3 title and look forward to bringing more games to this platform in the future."
Penny Arcade Adventures: On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness is an episodic RPG-Adventure game series set in the comic-book-meets-pulp-horror-meets-H.P. Lovecraft deranged 1920s universe of New Arcadia. Players join Gabe and Tycho, the crime-solving team of the Startling Developments Detective Agency, to combat savage enemies and solve mysteries hidden deep in the sinister heart of New Arcadia.
Episode One is scheduled to launch in late fall for $20.

Nice to see PA isnt playing favorites, and we'll eventually get this. Been wondering when it'd happen since it's a perfect type of game for the PSN store.
seriously?? even though they bash ps3 in their comics? i guess its all about the dollar dollar bill ya'll... stupid mcfuqaz wit cheese!
guess what i am NOT buying these guys are complete xbox fanboys
I'll give P-Arcade kudos because they're funnier than h3ll most of the time, but $20 for an episodic game is a little steep IMO. Has there even been any word on the next Chapter?
I played the game through already, it's fairly funny adn the gameplay mechanics are fairrly solid, although not a game you could play through twice, but good time filler while waiting for better things.

F. me I've just lost what little respect I had for you Eric?...
I really liked the game on pc, i'm probaly going to buy it again...
Excellent, this game is brilliant...if you like the PA comics then you'll love this...full of their humour and the entire thing is presented like a comic strip.
Havent heard of the game but it does look interesting - think its an RPG action going on.
