According to Internet reports, Sony’s online community service, PlayStation Home, is scheduled to appear at the upcoming Online Game & Community Service Conference (OGC) next week.
Details are currently sketchy at present, though it is understood that the company plans to hold a detailed presentation on the service when the event kicks off on March 14.
PlayStation Home has been in development since 2005, and plans to offer consumers a wide variety of online-based features, such as the ability to customize your own virtual “home”, meet with other users, and view your accomplishments in the "Hall of Fame".
Home is currently planned for a Spring 2008 release.
