Since the PS3's launch, PlayStation Store has only been available the console itself. But that's all set to change as Sony has announced that the Store is now available on your very own PSP. Well, sort of.
You'll soon be able to connect to the Store via a PC using a USB cable. We should start seeing PSP-specific content available for download on PS Store in the near future. Whilst demos will only be playable on the PSP itself, other content such as videos should be playable on PC.
Now for some stats: 2.7 million PS Network accounts have been created. Also, 30 PS3 titles, 300 add-on items, 100 game archives and 90 demo movies are available on the Japanese Store. That's an awful lot of content, especially when you consider that the PS Network has only been around for 10 months.
More news from TGS 2007 is en route. Stay tuned to PSU.
