SEGA gets specific about Alien vs. Predator release

Last week, SEGA announced in very vague detail their plans to release a new Alien vs. Predator title across multiple platforms. Now, SEGA has finally narrowed down a broad release window for the game. Alien vs. Predator should show up on retail shelves sometime in early 2010.
The title is being developed by Rebellion, who coincidentally developed a similar title (AVP) in 1999. The press release also revealed release dates for other upcoming SEGA titles. We've included the related games below.
- PS3/X360 - Virtua Tennis 2009 - May 2009
- Aliens vs Predator - Added to Early 2010

Hofefully it will be bettter then the PSP one. But if the other PS3/Xbox 360 one isnt being cancelled then what is the point of it. Its milking the already dry aliens series! Grrrrr evil developers!

I actually enjoyed Predator Concrete Jungle for the PS2, hopefully this one will be as fun if not more. Always been a fan of the Predator.

So i guess Aliens:Colonial Marines was canned.

Well its one less game my wallet has to worry about.

I really cant wait for this game man, I love AVP so much and AVP game on psp was the reason for me to even buy my psp system and I wished it was out for ps3 not for psp but stil I got it. now they are gonna come up with one for ps3 and im sure it will be good. cant wait

i hope they make it like the the all good avp2 for the pc that was a fun game and intresting ... i also think they aught to add in online like team battle and stronger and better aliens and predators... if they could do that well it would probaly be game of the year.....
