Sony Europe finalises Q4 release dates

Sony Computer Entertainment Europe (SCEE) has been hard at work on its Q4 release schedule for PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 2, and has left the final draft in MCV's locker.

Perhaps the key bit of news here is that Insomniac's Resistance 2, very definitely the biggest if not necessarily the best shooter out this year, has been nailed down for November 28.

Buzz Quiz TV Special Edition - October 31st
LittleBigPlanet - November 5th
MotorStorm Pacific Rift - November 7th
SingStar Volume 3 - November 14th
SingStar ABBA - November 14th
Resistance 2 - November 28th

PS2

SingStar Singalong with Disney - November 7th
SingStar ABBA - November 14th
EyeToy Play PomPom - November 14th
EyeToy Play Hero - November 14th

SCEE also thinks it might be able to get the delightful LocoRoco 2 out for PSP on November 21, followed by unknown quantity Brain Buzzbender on November 28. Guess which one we won't be buying.

    Nice. I'm actually kind of glad Resistance 2 is coming out near the end of the month, I can't afford all these games so close together. "Guess which one we won't be buying.", Hehee... =]

    I have wednesday 5th and friday 7th off to eagerly await the arrival of my pre orders LBP and Motorstorm PR. Cant wait for singstar ABBA cough cough........dancing queen anyone?

    Ok spot the obvious mistakes as where is CoD 5, 007, Home and Killzone 2? They're all coming out in the 4th Quater aren't they??

    COD5 and 007 aren't exclusives.
    Killzone 2 is out next year (Q1)
    And I think Home is out next year too...  (Just another beta this year, no?)
